Guest Info — Terms

Great Northern will coordinate all aspects of the booking with the group leader.
Group Leader will be responsible for the following:
advising the group of Great Northern’s “Fine Print” with regards to payments and cancellations.
forwarding all relative information regarding the booking to the group, ie. “Release Form”, trip cancellation, etc.
will arrange for all payments to be submitted to Great Northern.
