LODGE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Lodge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the lodge to ensure guest expectations are exceeded and a consistently high standard of customer service and cleanliness is maintained. Foster Great Northern's solid customer service philosophy with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction and the development of long-term relationships with clients and staff.

Job Duties

Criteria for Evaluation

Evaluated on thoroughness of lodge duties, pleasant and courteous attitude with guests and co-workers; management and organizational skills that demonstrate an ability to assume responsibility and accountability; presentation and professionalism.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to Owner/Operator

Skills & Qualifications

•  Supervisory Experience
•  Previous restaurant and housekeeping experience
•  Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
•  Computer skills - Word, Email, Internet
•  Honesty and integrity
•  Demonstrated ability to lead by example
•  Participative management style
•  Ability to instill a guest service attitude in all employees
•  Strong customer service orientation and skills
•  Exceptional detail in follow-up
•  Presentable and professional
•  Positive Attitude
•  Energetic - Must be physically fit to meet the demands of the job and physically flexible (making
    bunk beds in tight spaces).
