Sure there is a wide range of prices to be found in the cat-skiing world, BUT there is a wide range in the quality of the package as well. ---- just be sure you are comparing apples to apples. With 29 years experience, a Great Northern holiday is unique....

ONE GROUP – ONE CAT

Not that we can’t, just that we don’t, run multiple cats and groups
No sharing of ski runs with other groups
Snowcats are new or never more than 4 years old
Always a backup machine if needed – but we can’t remember when

TERRAIN VARIETY TO SUIT

A large terrain area allows the group to move where the snow is best
No moguls – Brent doesn’t do moguls
Average 8-10 cm of snow per day during ski season
Trees, open bowls, steep, mellow, short runs, long runs

RELAXED ATMOSPHERE

It is a vacation – not a competition
We don’t count runs or vertical
We ski early morning till just before supper time or darkness whichever comes first, every day
We dine at one large table – family style
Lodge has games areas, quiet areas, single and double occupancy rooms with ensuite

SKI PACKAGES

6 day 7 night packages include all skiing & meals for 6 days and accommodation for 7 nights – leave at your leisure after breakfast on the last day
3 day 4 night packages include dinner on arrival, all skiing & meals for 3 days and accommodation for 4 nights – leave at your leisure after breakfast on the last day
3 day 3 night packages include all meals, accommodation & skiing for 3 days and 3 nights
